The HSE Dublin and Midlands health region is divided into 4 healthcare areas:

And it will manage and deliver all public health and social care services in:

  • Longford
  • Offaly
  • Dublin South West
  • Dublin West Dublin
  • Dublin South City
  • Kildare
  • West Wicklow
  • Westmeath

Regional Executive Officer (REO)

Kate Killeen White is the REO of HSE Dublin Midlands.

She is coming from the role of Chief Officer for South East Community Healthcare where, since 2019, she led the HSE community services in Carlow, Kilkenny, South Tipperary, Waterford and Wexford.

Kate has more than 16 years' senior experience working in health, regulatory and legal environments and has great working knowledge of health law and policy, corporate governance and Commerical law. She has a strong academic background with a barrister-at-law degree, masters in law and diplomas in governance and coaching.

Executive Management Team (EMT)

The new HSE health regions are setting up their Executive Management Teams (EMTs). Most managers have been appointed, and recruitment is either advanced or ongoing.

Building the HSE Dublin and Midlands team

In 2024, each health region is transitioning from the previous hospital group and community healthcare organisation system. During the ongoing process we will continue to build each team, catering to the region's unique needs.
