Terms of reference for the external review into aspects of orthopaedic surgery at CHI and Dublin Hospitals

This document sets out the terms of reference for an independent review of the Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery Service provided by Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) and Dublin Hospitals.

The review was set up because of patient safety concerns and is intended to identify risks and improve the safety and quality of care.
