And will manage and deliver all public health and social care services in:

  • East Wicklow

Regional Executive Officer (REO)

Martina Queally is the REO of the HSE Dublin and South East health region.

She has over 30 years of experience in health service leadership.

As Chief Officer of HSE Community Healthcare East, Martina led the planning and delivery of all community health services in South Dublin and Wicklow, leading a team of nearly 4000 staff.

As well as her leadership experience, Martina is a trained registered nurse and a qualified Midwife and Public Health nurse.

Executive Management Team (EMT)

The new HSE health regions are setting up their Executive Management Teams (EMTs). Most managers have been appointed, and recruitment is either advanced or ongoing.

Building the HSE Dublin and South East team

In 2024, each health region is transitioning from the previous hospital group and community healthcare organisation system. During the ongoing process we will continue to build each team, catering to the region's unique needs.
