This report is the final update on the 2023–2026 Roadmap for improving disability services for children and young people. It explains what has been achieved so far. It gives the final progress update on each action in the Roadmap and describes the ongoing work to improve children’s disability services.

It also explains how this work will continue under the new 2026–2027 Service Improvement Programme for Children’s Disability Services.
