Report on Health Care Assistants Programme May 2026

This comprehensive report was completed in May 2026, following a 3 year programme within HSE National HR. The programme was tasked with implementing the recommendations outlined in the Health Care Assistant Review Report 2018, and was supported by an independently chaired over sight group.
