Summary

To ask the Minister for Health whether the National Incident Management System or any other HSE data system contains a category, field or tag that identifies an incident, complaint or safeguarding concern as involving a privately contracted home support provider, as distinct from directly employed HSE staff; and if not, to confirm that incidents involving privately contracted home support providers cannot be separately identified or counted. [PQ 50624/26]

To ask the Minister for Health whether the HSE has conducted any audit or assurance check confirming that privately contracted home support providers actually report complaints, missed visits, safeguarding incidents and medication-related incidents to the HSE, given the Executive's stated expectation that such incidents "would be reported"; and to provide the findings of any such audit. [PQ 50625/26]

To ask the Minister for Health to identify the post within the HSE that holds responsibility for assuring that privately contracted home support providers report safeguarding and medication-related incidents; and whether the inability to extract such data from HSE systems is recorded on any risk register or audit plan. [PQ 50626/26]
