To ask the Minister for Health the reason a cohort of children are now included in the External Expert Panel review established following the independent audit of hip surgeries at CHI and Cappagh Orthopaedic Hospital (My understanding is that children who had unstable hips are now included in the EEP Review into unnecessary surgeries on children with stable hip dysplasia.); and if she will make a statement on the matter.
