To ask the Minister for Health if her attention has been drawn to SMS messages that are being sent by the validation team at UHL asking individuals to confirm that they wish to stay on a particular HSE waiting list, however in many instances this SMS number will not accept responses; if her attention has been drawn to individuals that are only given three days to reply, that this issue is causing huge stress to individuals who are waiting for very necessary procedures; and if she will make a statement on the matter. -Willie O'Dea
