To ask the Minister for Health when the HSE will provide the long planned for new primary care centre for Raheen, Limerick, which would also include the mental health services currently based at Willowdale in Raheen; and if she will provide increased funding for the current Willowdale building which is in need of renovation. -Willie O'Dea
