To ask the Minister for Health the current national and regional data on delayed recall appointments within the HSE including appointments issued to patients following hospital discharge for X-rays, ultrasounds, and consultant-requested follow-up assessments; the average waiting time for such recall appointments; and the steps the HSE is taking to reduce delays that can negatively impact patient outcomes, particularly for cardiology, prostate care, and ongoing medical needs of older persons.
