To ask the Minister for Health the latest national estimate of the number of women and girls living with female genital mutilation related health needs in Ireland, in view of the fact that the last published estimate (2018) was circa 5,000 and that no national follow‐up survey has been undertaken in recent years; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
