To ask the Minister for Health the estimated annual current and capital cost of establishing and operating a dedicated mental health emergency room, separate from the general emergency department, in each Model 3 and Model 4 hospital; the number of hospitals that would require new infrastructure or refurbishment to provide such facilities; and if she will provide a breakdown of the costs involved.
