To ask the Minister for Health the number of scheduled day procedures that were cancelled or postponed in hospitals operated by the Health Service Executive in each of the past three years; the reasons for these cancellations, including staffing shortages, bed capacity, theatre capacity or equipment availability; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
