To ask the Minister for Health whether a fully resourced commissioning structure with named accountable leads exists for inpatient CAMHS services at Linn Dara and the NCH unit; the formal governance arrangements and reporting structures that are in place; and how operational and regulatory compliance will be assured during the opening and transition period.
