To ask the Minister for Health the number of activities carried out under a heading in the midlands region in 2024 and to date in 2025; the number of autopsies carried out in Mullingar, Tullamore and Portlaoise; the number of histologies carried out in each of the three hospitals; the number of consultants working on these works in each of these hospitals; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
