To ask the Minister for Health the governance, clinical oversight, and reporting mechanisms that will be in place to monitor quality, safety, and outcomes for children treated under the new outsourcing framework for paediatric scoliosis and spina bifida surgery; and if she will confirm the way performance and patient outcomes will be reported to the HSE and her Department; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
