To ask the Minister for Health the oversight mechanisms in place within Children's Health Ireland to ensure transparency, accuracy, and fairness in the management and transfer of patients across consultant waiting lists, including between CHI Crumlin, Cappagh, and Temple Street; if consultant-specific data is reported regularly to the HSE or her Department; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
