To ask the Minister for Health the clinical prioritisation framework used by Children's Health Ireland for scheduling paediatric spinal procedures; whether children transferred between consultants retain their original clinical priority status; if families are informed in writing of any change to their child's waiting list status or priority following such a transfer; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
