To ask the Minister for Children; Disability and Equality in the instance where a PPP account is held by the HSE on behalf of an individual who is in long-term residential care, whether the individual can appoint parents, who have been lifelong carers, as a decision support to view how much money is in the account, as a safeguarding measure; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
