To ask the Minister for Health if risk assessments were undertaken in the process of service change in a section 38 organisation ( At Central Remedial Clinic: Adult orthopaedic clinics, Adult ophthalmology clinics, Children’s ophthalmology clinics were ceased in the past year it is not clear if risk assessment for their withdrawal were undertaken.); and if she will make a statement on the matter.
