To ask the Minister for Children; Disability and Equality if her Department is aware of crisis placements displacing existing respite services for children with disabilities, resulting in families losing access to essential supports; the measures being taken to ensure that crisis care and respite care are provided through separate, protected capacity; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
