To ask the Minister for Health the standard pathway of care when a person presents in an acute mental health crisis to an emergency department, GP out-of-hours service, or other HSE service; whether this pathway is applied consistently across all hospitals; the target timeframe for assessment and referral to appropriate mental health services; and if she will make a statement on the matter. -Peter Roche
