To ask the Minister for Health if a lung cancer co-ordinator will be appointed in St. Lukes Hospital Kilkenny similar to the situation in St. Vincents Hospital in Dublin, in reference to Carlow being a blackspot for cancer; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
