To ask the Minister for Health the rationale for the scale and design of catering and restaurant facilities at the National Children's Hospital; whether a full-service staff and family restaurant was included in earlier design phases; the reasons for any changes made; and the assessment undertaken of the impact of current catering arrangements on staff wellbeing, patients, and families requiring long-term stays.
