To ask the Minister for Health whether comparisons have been undertaken between the original planning layouts and revised floor plans for the hospital to determine whether operational infrastructure, including ICT facilities, staff welfare accommodation, restaurant facilities or parking provision, was reduced during later redesign phases of the project.
