To ask the Minister for Health if a matter ( in the legal delegation to the Confidential Recipient, it states that were a dispute arise as to the functions of the Confidential Recipient, it is the CEO of the HSE only, who can decide upon whether a function has been delegated to the Confidential Recipient or not) being upheld and maintained to ensure the Confidential Recipient can carry out their duties fully in the manner intended to protect all vulnerable people.
