To ask the Minister for Health the number of times ambulances in each ambulance station in the country have been unable to leave hospital due to an inability to admit a patient to the emergency department or due to the fact that an ambulance trolley was being occupied by a patient inside the hospital in each of the past ten years, in tabular form.
