To ask the Minister for Health to outline the body or authority responsible for inspecting and investigating retailers to ensure compliance with prohibitions on selling vapes, nicotine inhaling products and nicotine pouches to persons under 18 years of age; the number of inspections, audits and compliance checks which have been undertaken in the past 12 months on this matter; the number of fines and orders issued to retailers in breach of these laws; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
