Summary

To ask the Minister for Health if patients who go abroad for treatment and still need care when they return must pay-out of-pocket to receive aftercare; and whether there a hardship fund to assist in availing of treatment (High intensity focal therapy offers a much better quality of life for patients than other treatments as it's non-invasive and won't interfere with other medications currently there is only 1 specialist in entire country, at the Beacon).
