To ask the Minister for Health if she is aware that Mayo University Hospital’s dialysis unit has not received any new dialysis machines in recent years, despite over 13 years of continuous service and increasing patient numbers; the steps being taken to ensure the unit is adequately equipped to meet current demand and infection control standards; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
