To ask the Minister for Children; Disability and Equality to address concerns regarding the lack of continuity and coordination of services for children with additional needs, particularly in relation to CDNT (Children's Disability Network Teams), including delays in access to services such as speech and language therapy, long waiting lists for assessments and therapies, the absence of effective handover between services and the impact this is having on school readiness and educational progression.
