To ask the Minister for Health to outline the current recruitment status for all posts at the Ballina injury unit; to detail the number of offers, particularly at advanced nurse practitioner level, that have been declined; the reasons for same; the measures being taken to address recruitment challenges and ensure sufficient staffing levels are in place for the planned opening; and to confirm whether staffing issues pose any risk to the operational launch of the unit.
