Summary
To ask the Minister for Health if she is aware that an organisation ( Helplink Mental Health, a registered charity providing approximately 7,000 to 8,000 counselling sessions annually across Galway, Mayo and online nationwide) is facing imminent closure due to a lack of core funding; the immediate actions being taken by her Department or the HSE to prevent the cessation of these services, given that liquidation proceedings are due to commence on 5 June 2026; and if she will approve an emergency, time-limited funding allocation of €40,000 to allow the organisation to continue operating while a longer-term funding solution is explored.
