To ask the Minister for Health the oversight mechanisms in place to ensure compliance with cleaning and hygiene protocols at Mayo University Hospital; whether any audits or inspections relating to cleanliness have been carried out at the hospital during 2024 and 2025; if any deficiencies were identified; if he will provide details of any remedial actions taken; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
