To ask the Minister for Children; Disability and Equality the number of children currently awaiting any service under community disability network teams, by county; the median and mean number of days from referral to first contact, first assessment, and first therapeutic intervention; the therapies delivered under the interdisciplinary model; the proportion of cases in which the first therapeutic intervention was delivered by speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, psychology, or social work; the number and whole-time equivalent of funded posts, filled posts, and unfilled posts within Community Disability Network Teams, with vacancy rates, by community healthcare organisation and by community disability network team; the definition used for initial contact and for intervention in the Health Service Executive reporting; the monthly inflow and outflow (entries and exits) to waiting lists for community disability network teams, by county, for each month in 2025; and if the Department or the Health Service Executive cannot provide discipline-specific waiting time data, the alternative access metrics that are used to ensure accountability for timely therapy delivery.; and if she will make a statement on the matter. -Paul Lawless
