Epilepsy affects approx. 10,000 children in Ireland. Infantile Spasms are a medical emergency which can present in young babies and children but can often be misdiagnosed and overlooked, leading to permanent damage to a child's developing brain.) to provide already available resources for use on the site; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
