To ask the Minister for Health if she will consider supporting a State-led awareness campaign on the promotion of seizure first aid and TIME, SAFE, STAY (HSE recently supported national awareness campaign on Stroke response and has adopted FAST as key public health message. Time, Safe, Stay has been exclusively promoted by Epilepsy Ireland since 2021, showing increasing public impact and should be considered for similar support given 45,000 people live with epilepsy and seizure first aid could be lifesaving intervention. Requirement of IGAP is that state should lead on awareness campaign by 2030.) amongst the general public under Ireland's agreement to implement the Intersectoral Global Action Plan on Epilepsy; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
