Summary

To ask the Minister for Health if pharmacists participating in the free HRT scheme have been advised on a matter by the PCRS ( that when they suspect a patient's sex assigned at birth differs from that on their medical records, they should investigate whether the patient is transgender ); if so, the legal basis on which this is done; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
