To ask the Minister for Health the arrangements in place to monitor and enforce the alcohol advertising provisions of the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 and the relevant regulations; the number of breaches identified since the relevant sections of the 2018 Act were commenced and the relevant regulations were signed into law, by year and nature of breach; the number of enforcement actions taken; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
