To ask the Minister for Health the national governance and reporting framework that will be put in place to oversee implementation of the public only consultant contract, as recommended by a HSE internal audit; the oversight, reporting and accountability mechanisms that will be established; the timeline being worked towards; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
