To ask the Minister for Health if all experimental, innovative or novel paediatric spinal procedures undertaken within CHI were subject to formal ethics committee review and approval prior to implementation; the governance framework applied to such procedures; if she will publish the relevant policies, approval pathways and oversight arrangements; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
