To ask the Minister for Health to provide a summary of the key provisions of each of the contracts under which consultants are employed in the HSE (A summary of all those which predate the 2023 public only contract please. My understanding is that the below are still in use but if there are others, please include them: Cat 1, Cat 2, Cat 2 Academic, Type A, Type A Academic, Type B, Type C, Type C Academic); and if she will make a statement on the matter.
