To ask the Minister for Health if the full sequence of hip-related interventions is assessed as a single clinical pathway, or only as separate procedure-specific reviews (From a parent of a child involved in the reviews following the Independent Audit on Hip Surgery Thresholds for Children with Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip.); if so, the person or body that holds responsibility for ensuring that such end-to-end oversight occurs; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
