To ask the Minister for Health if the external expert panel ( The External Expert Panel established following the publication of the Independent Audit on Hip Surgery Thresholds for Children with Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip. ) will have direct access to the full underlying clinical records for each case, including radiology imaging, operative reports and MDT documentation; or if the panel will rely on case summaries prepared by the hospitals; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
