To ask the Minister for Health if the terms of reference for the External Expert Panel Review examining paediatric hip surgeries in Children's Health Ireland and the National Orthopaedic Hospital Cappagh includes examination of consultant supervision arrangements and training oversight within orthopaedic departments ( In terms of training oversight, particularly where surgical decisions may have involved surgeons in training ); and if she will make a statement on the matter.
