To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 360 of 11 February 2026, if the External Expert Panel will examine potential variation in surgical thresholds or clinical decision-making across different CHI sites during the period under review; the reasons for variations and the way in which it developed over time; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
