To ask the Minister for Children; Disability and Equality the current number of individuals aged under 65 residing in nursing homes; the total number of individuals who have been transitioned to their own home annually since 1 Jan 2023 to date; the average time the discharge process takes; the measures in place to improve the quality of life and independence of people under 65 who continue to reside in nursing homes; and if she will make a statement on the matter. -Pádraig Rice
