To ask the Minister for Children; Disability and Equality the details of the progress made in addressing the Action Plan for Disability Services 2024-2026 action A15.4 ( A 15.4 says that “A pilot of the Local Area Co-ordination model will be trialled in one CHO area, to help build a whole-of-community approach to supporting individuals with disabilities); and if she will make a statement on the matter.
