To ask the Minister for Health to provide an update on the work of the expert panel established following the independent audit on hip surgery thresholds for children with developmental dysplasia of the hip in Children’s Health Ireland and the National Orthopaedic Hospital Cappagh, following the appointment of a chair; if the terms of reference have been completed; if they will be published; the timeline for beginning the reviews; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
