To ask the Minister for Health further to the Sláintecare Progress Report 2025, which records that the national target for interRAI assessments for people seeking a home support service was 18,100 in 2025 and that the total completed was 4,656, representing a target variance of 74.3 per cent, if she will provide, the number of interRAI assessments completed and the regional target for 2025, by HSE health region; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
